Celebrate North Seattle, now in its 7th year, began as a grassroots effort in June of 2010 when the organizers who work in the area saw a need for more positive local events. The goal of the event is simple: celebrate the good in our community while we connect people with their neighbors. The desired result: neighbors, businesses, and organizations begin to know and trust one another and invest in the health and welfare of their community together. The event features live music, inflatables, kid’s games, food trucks and a gallery of local businesses, non-profits and neighborhood groups where everyone can explain their goals and services.
