Arrival & Departure Instructions
- Sponsors must arrive by 1:15 pm for booth setup.
- Dismantling your booth may not begin until 6:00 pm.
- There will be temporary parking for loading/unloading, but then you must park in the designated lot.
- Sponsors must check in at the Celebrate North Seattle (CNS) booth upon arrival.
- During check-in, you will be given your booth location and details.
Tips to Make the Day Run Smoothly
- Be engaging! You can use prize wheels or give away items like candy, coupons, water bottles, etc.
- Use live demonstrations, interactive toys, competitions, games, or projects for kids.
- You will have an opportunity to participate in a sponsor booth visit game CNS will create.
- Throughout the event, there will be a sponsor rep available at the CNS booth at all times.
Sponsor Rules & Regulations
- Your booth must be staff-led during the entire event.
- Drug and alcohol use is prohibited.
- No refunds will be made after June 5, 2016.
- All sponsors are required to have a 10x10 tent. One can be pre-arranged through CNS for $25.
- A 5-amp power outlet is available to each sponsor. Please bring your own extension cords and power strips.
